Position: Admin/ Documentation Executive
Experience: 1-2 Years
Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prepare, format, and maintain** official **documents, reports, and records.**:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
- Maintain data and reports using **MS Excel** (entries, tracking, basic formulas)
- Coordinate with **internal departments for documentation and approvals.**:
- Assist in maintaining office records and registers
- Support management with administrative tasks as required
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of **MS Word and MS Excel**:
- **Good documentation and formatting skills**:
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and record keeping
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
