We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team at an Abroad Study Firm. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective students and provide them with information about various study abroad opportunities, guiding them through the process of selecting universities, courses, and countries based on their preferences and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**: Initiate calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries regarding study abroad options.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential students.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and follow up to convert leads into enrollments.
- **Data Entry**: Record and update relevant details of calls and student information into the company’s CRM system.
- **Consultation Sessions**: Schedule one-on-one consultations with students and parents, either over the phone or in person.
- **Handling Queries**: Address student and parent concerns related to visa processes, accommodation, cost of living, and other pre-departure requirements.
- **Maintain Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends in global education, study visa policies, and the services offered by universities abroad.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel and build rapport with students and parents.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Good knowledge of study abroad destinations, visa processes, and admission requirements (or willingness to learn).
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in an educational consultancy or abroad study firm is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- High level of patience and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
