Job Title: Production Supervisor - Servo Stabilizer

Reports to: Production Manager

Location: Arasur, Coimbatore

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.

2. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

3. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control procedures.

4. Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.

6. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and repaired as needed.

7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
