**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Branding**:

- Manage and grow the official LinkedIn profile of IIM SKILLS.
- Curate and create thought leadership content aligned with industry trends and company values.
- Highlight achievements, events, student success stories, partnerships, and milestones.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**:

- Develop a LinkedIn content calendar (posts, articles, videos, polls, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams for content ideation (marketing, product, alumni success).
- Write high-quality, engaging, and professional posts optimized for reach and engagement.
- **Engagement & Community Building**:

- Actively engage with industry influencers, students, alumni, and relevant communities.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate conversations and build relationships with key stakeholders on LinkedIn.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track profile growth, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Optimize strategies based on performance data and LinkedIn algorithm changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing LinkedIn profiles, personal branding, or social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the LinkedIn platform, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to write engaging, professional content tailored to business audiences.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Prior experience in EdTech or working with C-level executives is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
