**JD: Customer Service Team Leader**

We are looking for a Customer Service Team leader to enable PropertyAngel to provide phenomenal customer experience.

Your specific responsibilities would include:

- **Coordinating the customer service team**
- **Providing direct customer support**
- Reviewing and resolving escalations
- Evaluating team members
- Supporting and enabling process improvements
- Hiring and training new hires
- Tracking metrics & SLAs and working to constantly improve the same.

You need to be hands-on, able to effectively oversee and direct team members while providing excellent customer service and also have the following skills:

- **Customer service tools** - You must have expertise with Freshdesk and/or similar tools
- **Team leadership **- You need to manage a small team, so effective team coordination and organization skills are vital
- **Communication skills **- this role relies heavily on both written and verbal communication when interacting with customers and directing team members, so excellent written and oral communication skills is desired.
- **Conflict resolution **- You must quickly and effectively resolve customer issues, particularly when a customer is unhappy with the company’s product or service

**Experience**:
CTC: 3.5L-4.5L/annum

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
