Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Developers team. As

a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Developers projects, generating

leads, and enhancing our brand presence in the market. You will be responsible for executing marketing

strategies, implementing innovative campaigns, and driving sales growth. This position offers an exciting

opportunity to be a part of a thriving Developers organization and contribute to its continued success.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Developers projects,

targeting potential buyers and investors.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities, and use

the findings to refine marketing strategies.

Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, online content, and

social media posts, to showcase our properties effectively.

reach the target audience and generate leads.

Manage the company's website and ensure it is up-to-date with accurate property listings, content, and

engaging visuals.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing them with

necessary marketing support and collaterals.

Plan and coordinate promotional events, property exhibitions, and sales workshops to attract potential

clients and create networking opportunities.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics

regularly.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, graphic

designers, and other vendors, to enhance marketing efforts.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies, incorporating

them into the marketing strategy as appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
