**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Keyword Research**: Assist in identifying relevant keywords and phrases to target based on industry trends and user search behavior.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Support the optimization of website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility.
- **Content Development**: Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into website content, blog posts, and other digital assets.
- **Technical SEO**: Learn and assist with technical SEO tasks, including site audits, improving site speed, and fixing crawl errors.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Help track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and prepare reports on key metrics.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Assist in analyzing competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: Basic understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing, or a related field. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or IT is a plus.
- **Skills**: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) is advantageous but not required.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from experienced SEO professionals.
