Requirement:
1. 3-4 years of experience in the Marketing and Sales of Chemical Industry.

2. Proficiency in English Language-written and oral

3. Graduate
- BSc Preferred/MBA/PGDM/MF

4. Knows to operate computer

1. Ability to meet Monthly targets.

2. Identify potential customers

3. Building plan to acquire new opportunities with existing customers and retaining existing customers.

4. To be able to communicate well and do timely follow ups with the customers.

5. Send quotations as required

6. Assisting the sales manager

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for new customer acquisition.

8. Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing. at optimal levels

9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, customers in pipeline status to management for strategic decision-making.

10. Transition of customers to Technical Services team responsible for post-sales technical and operational support.

11. Team Management: Build and develop a high skill team to provide adequate. business results to the organization

12. Meet the sales target expectation and doing the required documentation

13. Understanding the market and negotiating techniques to achieve the required target

14. Looking at logistics and coordination for payment and dispatch and delivery against customer purchase orders.

**Salary**: ₹8,866.31 - ₹43,725.21 per month
