**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **hotel bookings** either through online platforms or by coordinating directly with hotels.
- Maintain strong relationships with **multiple hotel and car rental vendors** to ensure the best rates and availability.
- Have a solid understanding of **hotel categories, brands, and locations** suitable for corporate clients.
- Coordinate and confirm **car rental bookings** with vendors as per client requirements.
- Work as part of a **roster-based schedule**, including weekends or holidays if required.
- **Process payments** to hotels after confirmation as per company procedures.
- **Collect GST invoices** post-checkout and ensure timely submission to the accounts team.
- Maintain accurate booking and payment records.
- Provide prompt and professional communication with vendors and internal teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in **hotel booking, travel desk, or travel operations**.
- Strong knowledge of **hotel chains, categories, and online booking tools (OTA portals)**.
- Familiarity with **car rental bookings** and vendor management.
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Comfortable working in **shift/roster-based schedules**.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
