**Executive Merchandiser**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FEMALE Executive Merchandiser to join our team. The Executive Merchandiser will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of our merchandise assortment, optimizing inventory levels. They will be assisting the buying manager in day to day work.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Master's degree preferred from Pearl Academy or similar college.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or retail management, preferably in a similar industry or retail environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to drive business decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based at our Retail store situated in Ghitorni, New Delhi.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience of 2-3 years.
CTC- upto 4 lacs pa

**Salary**: ₹15,543.86 - ₹30,257.02 per month
