**Roles And Responsibilities**:
- **Developing Training Programs**: Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of civil engineering professionals within the corporate setting.
- **Delivering Training Sessions**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various aspects of civil engineering and architecture, including structural design, building materials, construction techniques, architectural drafting, and sustainable design practices.
- **Utilizing Multimedia Tools**: Incorporate multimedia tools and interactive learning techniques to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions.
- **Providing Technical Support**: Offer technical support and guidance to participants, addressing their questions and concerns related to civil engineering concepts and practices.
- **Assessing Learning Outcomes**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- **Staying Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in civil engineering to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
- **Collaborating with Stakeholders**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR departments and project managers, to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- **Mentoring**: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, architects and trainees, fostering their professional development within the field of civil engineering and architecture.
- **Documentation**: Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation for distribution and reference purposes.
- **Adhering to Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all training activities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE license) may be preferred.
- **Experience**: Significant experience (typically 5+ years) working as a civil engineer in various capacities/or architect, such as design, construction, or project management. Prior experience in training or teaching is advantageous.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, architectural principles, practices, and technologies, including familiarity with software tools commonly used in the industry (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, 3d max,v-ray, lumion, sketchup).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- **Teaching Skills**: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with a passion for teaching and helping others learn and grow.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to suit the needs and learning styles of different participants, whether they are engineers, architects, or other professionals.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues and challenges.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with trainees, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,500.00 per day
