**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AR Caller to join our revenue cycle team. The AR Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensure timely collections. This role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle and insurance follow-up processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims.
- Analyze and research claims that are delayed, underpaid, or denied.
- Document all actions taken in the client software and maintain call logs.
- Take appropriate action based on the responses from insurance representatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of appeals when needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments for claim corrections or additional documentation.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Stay up to date with payer requirements and denial trends.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in AR calling.
- Familiarity with US healthcare terminology (CPT codes, modifiers, EOBs, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
