**1. **Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

**2. **Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.

**3. **Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.

**4. **To plan and organize purchase activities efficiently and effectively.

**5. **To ensure that procurement is made of quality products timely and at competitive prices.

**6. **Selection, evaluation & approval of vendors.

**7. **Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

**8. **To approve the sub - supplier list.

**9. **To motivate the subordinates in order to achieve the targets.

**10. **Cost saving by reducing RM cost (Negotiation).

**11. **Reduce production stoppage due to material shortage.

**12. **Formulate Contingency Plan.

**13. **ABC analysis.

**14. **To plan procurements as per minimum & maximum stock and lead time.

**15. **Supplier QMS up gradation in order to meet the requirements.

**16. **To identify training needs to develop /upgrade the skills of subordinates/assistance & arrange for the trainings/ on job trainings as per the requirements.

**17. **Ensuring Proper **return system** _(for defective or unwanted products)_

**Education / Experience requirements -**

Graduate / Post Graduate in materials management

3 to 6 years of relevant experience

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Customer Focus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
