**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in the planning and estimation of development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with.NET MAUI and Xamarin.
- Strong knowledge of C#,.NET Core, and related technologies.
- Experience with MVVM design pattern and other architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience of working in Healthcare domain
