**ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Must have previous working experience in hotel/ Restaurant.
- Previous experience in tally, Ms Excel, Google Spredsheets, Ms Excel Formulas usage is highly required.
- Must be experienced in Cash handling functions on daily basis, Bills entries into the software (pet pooja), cash voucher entries, online payment transactions, use of credit card swipe machines, Google pay, UPI payments etc.
- Prepare credit card authorizations for American Express, Visa, Master, Diners etc. and send to vendors.
- Verify if credit card service charge is billed correctly for all credit card transactions.
- Review the postings, payments, revenue and guest balance reports on a daily basis.
- Assists with reimbursable invoicing.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
