**ODOO Techno-Functional Expert**

We are looking out for an Odoo techno-functional expert who can work to bridge the gap between clients and development team by doing requirement gathering, designing the solutions and implementation of the system. The qualification and requirements are as below:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional role (preferably in Odoo ERP)
- Good listening skills and strong requirement elicitation skills
- Excellent planning and communication skills.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Complete understanding of Odoo ERP, workflows, and open-source concepts.
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.
- Should be able to design solutions to bridge for clients by understanding the requirements.
- Functional knowledge in at least a few verticals/domains is an added advantage.
- Should have a good background in Python and knowledge of coding standards.
- Good hand on ERP system implementation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customers’ needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo. And work as a business consultant & guide to customers.
- Define which requirements will need implementer configurations and which will need development.
- Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.
- Provide complete & professional documentation for tasks needing development.
- Follow up with developers and test modules/functions developed.
- Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live.
- Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through the individual session.
- Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or online.
- Monitor and help the development team design, develop, and test Odoo (Open ERP) modules, projects, products, and interfaces.
- Experience in research & advisory for new modules & apps & verticals in Odoo to cover specific requirements.

**Job Type: Full Time (from Office)**

**Job Location: Pune**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
