This Job is Permanant Work from home-You need to be in pune location only.
- **Note**: _You might have to go to office for training purpose initially for 2-3 weeks Only._
- _Also when the client Visit's office than you have to go to office._

**Job Description**:
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

4. Communicating with customers through various channels.

5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

7. Processing orders and requests.

8. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

9. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

10. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Qualification**:
Graduate/ Undergraduate

**Shifts**:
Night/Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week off's
- 5 Days Working

Working Mode: Permenant WFH From Pune location Only-Might need to go to office in case of client visit or called upon for short period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹490,000.00 per year
