**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for internal and external projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional and social media videos.
- Handle pre-production planning, storyboarding, lighting, sound, filming, and editing.
- Work with clients to align video solutions with their brand identity and objectives.
- Maintain consistency with Auxzon Solutions Pvt Ltd’s brand guidelines and visual style.
- Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and improve video production capabilities.
- Present video concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback.
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and team members to achieve project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Video Production, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques: lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating video concepts and ideas.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience working with clients and managing their expectations and feedback.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
