**About Us**:
We are a multinational company specializing in the supply of reusable bags, committed to promoting sustainability and reducing environmental impact. With our expansion into Ahmedabad, India, we are establishing a new factory focused on manufacturing high-quality reusable bags. To support our operations and streamline our business processes, we are seeking a skilled Odoo Expert with a deep understanding of Odoo functionalities, particularly in factory operations management and quotation generation.

As an Odoo Expert specializing in factory operations, you will play a key role in optimizing our business processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving productivity within our new factory in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Odoo ERP modules to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing operations, with a primary focus on CRM, quotation generation and factory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and customize Odoo modules, particularly focusing on quotation generation and factory operations management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Odoo functionalities.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes within Odoo to streamline factory operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure proficient use of Odoo system.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance our system's capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience working as an Odoo Developer or Odoo Consultant, with a focus on factory operations management and quotation generation.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo system, including configuration, customization, and module development.
- Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to translate requirements into Odoo functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Odoo certification in relevant modules (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing) is a plus.
- Experience working in the reusable bags industry or similar manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with additional ERP systems and integration capabilities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
