**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Neuro-ICU Management**: Oversee critically ill neurological patients, ensuring optimal intensive care management.
- **Surgical Anesthesia**: Administer anesthesia and provide intraoperative monitoring for neurosurgical procedures.
- **Postoperative Care**: Manage pain and recovery protocols for surgical patients, ensuring smooth transitions from ICU to ward care.
- **Pain Management Clinic**: Diagnose and treat chronic pain conditions, including neuropathic pain, post-stroke pain, and spine-related disorders.
- **Emergency Response**: Lead rapid response for neurological emergencies, including stroke, seizures, and traumatic brain injuries.
- **Collaborative Care**: Work closely with neurologists, neurosurgeons, and rehabilitation teams for integrated patient care.
