Design, implement, and manage hydroponic systems for leafy greens, herbs, and other crops.
- Develop and monitor nutrient solutions tailored to specific crop requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of crop health, identifying and addressing any issues related to pests, diseases, or environmental factors.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and optimize hydroponic techniques and systems.
- Train and guide farm staff on best practices in hydroponic farming.
- Analyze data related to crop yield, nutrient efficiency, and environmental conditions.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Schedule:
