Open Position: Export Executive ( Dealing in Agri commodities)

Description of a Position:
Able to manage all procedures of trading including handling various formalities, shipping, documentation for clearance of consignments, and logistics.

Capable of sourcing different trading commodities globally. Interacting with government departments, regulatory authorities, local bodies, customs authorities, port authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations Negotiating financial terms with Buyer/Supplier/Banks for timely and smooth execution/settlement.

Negotiation and conclusion of contracts for the purchase of raw materials in the short and long term with technical analysis, cost-benefit comparison for Buyers decision making.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

a) Customer Access
- Should be enjoying a customer connect as part of his existing job profile.
- Customers of Rice, Sugar, Wheat, Pulses, Spices, Flours and other agro commodities
- Be able to pitch the business independently to customers over phone, Video calling, face to face meeting.

b) Export Market Understanding
- Understand market specific quality requirements and customer specific nuances.
- Firm grip on costing of the entire value chain from the Farm to customer

c) Contacts with suppliers
- Have a basic sense of supply base for Agro Products and should be able to leverage contacts to identify reliable suppliers.

d) Certification & Documentation
- Should be is a position to leverage contacts with major certification agencies to promote business

e) Contact with Support environment
- Understanding of Packing material and logistics for export

What are we looking for:

- 3 to 6 years experience in the export of agricultural commodities like Rice, Wheat, Pulses, spices, sugar, spices, and other agro commodities.
- Highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to handle the mental and physical demands of day-to-day operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Must be an Effective communicator
- Ability to work independently to perform job duties
