**Salary**: 3.00 to 4.00 Lacs P/A

**Job Description**:

- Performing routine microbial limit testing of water, raw material, in process, finished products and swab-rinse testing according to established procedures and further analysis of specifies microorganism testing.
- Knowledge of Sterility testing.
- Performing culture transfer from mother culture provided by an approved vendor and monthly transfer of culture from stock to working culture.
- Identification, isolation, and enumeration of specific microbial populations.
- Performing monthly inhouse calibration of weigh balance, BOD incubators, hot air oven, colony counter as per SOP and daily calibration of PH meter.
- Operation of Horizontal and Vertical Autoclave and its inhouse validation by using bioindicators.
- Specification report of products, SOP preparation and document controls for product introduction
- Coordinated with external vendors for calibration services as needed for laboratory instruments.
- Ordered media and laboratory supplies from vendors.
