Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual sales and activity plans, promotional plans and promotional plans to increase sales.
- Managing activities in team members' areas and meeting sales goals and related objectives as specified by the strategic sales plan.
- Planning and organizing the company and team.
- Strategize with the regional team to achieve regional sales goals by dividing annual goals into half-year, quarterly, and monthly intervals.
- Directing, guiding, and thoroughly training the entire sales team to achieve sales targets and to implement annual plans.
- Continuous monitoring of target achievement through monthly intensive checks.
- Identify and evaluate market, customer, competitor, brand performance, and brand contribution-related elements.
- Obtain, generate, and follow-up on new leads. Managing existing and new dealer relationships.
- Update and improve knowledge of seasonal crops, pesticides, fertilizers, biochemistry, and related products.
- Adding and removing activities based on an area's business status.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and experience in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into customers.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
