**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Qualify prospects to understand their outsourcing needs and position the company's services accordingly.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of potential leads and actively work to convert them into sales opportunities.

**Sales Presentations and Proposals**:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining how the company’s BPO services can help their business improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, service agreements, and quotes based on the client’s needs and requirements.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead negotiations with prospects and work toward closing sales contracts in alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.
- Handle objections and resolve any concerns that clients may have to close deals successfully.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (operations, HR, tech teams) to ensure smooth delivery of BPO services post-sale.

**Sales Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding sales performance, market trends, and feedback from clients.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the BPO industry.
- Monitor competitor sales strategies and adjust approaches accordingly to stay competitive.

**Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets or KPIs set by the company.
- Actively participate in sales campaigns or initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Sales Experience**: Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B (Business to Business) environments. Experience in selling BPO services is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex services in an easy-to-understand way.
- **Persuasion & Negotiation**: Ability to handle objections and close deals while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- **Relationship Building**: Ability to build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- **Product Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the BPO services and offerings such as customer support, technical support, telemarketing, data processing, and back-office solutions.
- **Customer Focus**: A deep commitment to understanding customer needs and providing solutions that address their specific challenges.
- **Sales Tools**: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to each client’s specific needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
