**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching:

- Deliver engaging lectures, discussions, and hands-on training in digital marketing
- Create and update course materials, including syllabi, presentations, and assignments

2. Curriculum Development:

- Stay current with industry developments and update curriculum accordingly
- Design and implement new courses or programs in digital marketing

3. Research and Publication:

- Conduct original research in digital marketing and publish in scholarly journals
- Present research at conferences and seminars

4. Student Supervision:

- Mentor students in their academic and professional development
- Oversee student projects, internships, and dissertations

5. Departmental Service:

- Participate in department meetings, committees, and events
- Contribute to the department's reputation through networking and outreach

**Requirements**:

- **Ph.D. in Marketing or a related field.**
- Strong research and publication record
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media)
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with emerging trends in digital marketing (e.g., AI, blockchain)
