Urgent Hiring for Admin for Preschool and Daycare in Gurgaon Location.

Immediate Joiner required

5.5Days Working

Work timings: 10am to 7pm/10:30am to 7:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective HR and Administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations in Center.
- Draft clear and concise preschool commutations and correspondence.
- Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting.
- Handling Center Staff and reporting to Center Director.
- Manage admission and recruitment process for Center Staff.
- Responsible for all documentations and filing work regarding school admissions and recruitment.
- Effectively ensure maximum adherence to HR Policies.
- Establish and maintain professional and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders: parents, students and staff.
- Ensure effective and regular communications Parents.
- Coordinating with Corporate and Head Office Staff.

Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savy

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurgaon - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
