As a client relationship executive, your main responsibilities involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs, and providing regular project progress updates. You need to have a thorough understanding of your clients' businesses, goals, and needs in relation to events and social media management. You should also identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions to meet their needs.

You should be capable of effective communication with clients in both verbal and written forms, providing excellent customer service at all times. You would work closely with other departments, such as marketing, design, and production, to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. In addition, you need to address any issues or concerns that clients may have and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.

As a client service executive, your role is critical to ensuring the success of clients' events and social media presence in meeting their business objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
