Commission processing on every fortnight
Brokers/IMD commission reconciliation as per queries.
Reward statements to be send, collection of invoices and payments processing.
Reward reconciliation wherever queries raised by broker.
Monthly IRDA statements to be generated and distributed to MKT Team in the 1st week of month.
For Few brokers PAN India statements to be generated and co coordinating with branches for invoice approval and payment.
Invoices approval in system IRDA & MAX and sending Hard copies to HO in time.
BG, Coinsurance, Commission Payable, CHOH/CIT/Premium & Petty Cash
Monthly settlement entries of coinsurance, Followers Share to be booked and Payment released, local payment if any
Bank Guarantee to check as per co. format.
Monthly BG reconciliation & recovery statements to be shared with MKT team and recovery follow up.
Follow up and recovery on regular course
To respond queries of Internal Auditor & close the same in time.
