**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- **Digital Growth Strategies**: Support the design and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with our audience across online platforms and help foster a vibrant, inclusive community.
- **Content & Brand Messaging**: Help craft compelling content and ensure consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- **Event Marketing**: Promote workshops, webinars, and other initiatives through digital channels to maximize participation.
- **Research & Insights**: Conduct research to identify trends, audience needs, and growth opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Anyone with a passion for digital marketing — whether you're a student, graduate, self-learner, or exploring a new career path.
- Interest in brand-building, digital strategy, and content marketing.
- Strong communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
