Server/kitchen Hand

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Server to join our café team As the face of our space, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders efficiently, and delivering a top-notch experience for every guest. From recommending dishes to ensuring tables are clean and service is smooth, you’ll play a key role in making people feel at home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items clearly
- Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen/barista staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and politely
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Respond to guest questions and special requests
- Process bills and handle payments efficiently
- Support team members in daily operations
