Greetings from Nexus,

We're urgently hiring for **"QA/QC Executive"** for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry.

**Location : Ahmedabad**

**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Packaging Technology, or Quality Management.

**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Quality Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of packaging products to ensure they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

2. Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and report defects or non-conformities to the Quality Control Manager and relevant stakeholders.

3. Testing and Analysis: Conduct testing and analysis of packaging materials, including physical, chemical, and microbiological tests.

4. Quality Control Processes: Basic Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BIS, FSC, Sedex, FSSC 22000.

5. Corrective Action: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions to address defects or non-conformities.

6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and packaging standards.

8. Supplier Management: Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and approve suppliers of packaging materials, ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.

**Skills Required**:
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in External & Internal Quality.
- Basic analytical skills and quality tools and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge audit documents
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.
