**Position Title**: PTE Trainer

**Job Summary**:
Study Master is looking for a passionate and experienced **PTE Trainer** to join our team in Sector 17, Chandigarh. If you are enthusiastic about teaching and guiding students toward achieving their PTE goals, this opportunity is for you. As a PTE Trainer, you will deliver high-quality training sessions, create customised learning plans, and foster a supportive and result-oriented learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging, interactive training sessions covering all PTE modules: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
- Develop and implement personalised study plans tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor student progress regularly.
- Stay updated with the latest PTE exam patterns, scoring criteria, and strategies.
- Design and update training materials, mock tests, and other learning resources.
- Motivate and support students in building confidence and mastering time management techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and contribute to continuous course improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a PTE Trainer or in a similar teaching role.
- Exceptional command of the English language and a thorough understanding of PTE test patterns and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Highly organised, with a focus on helping students achieve their desired scores.
- Certification in PTE training (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and resources for classroom and online sessions.
