**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Needs Assessment:

- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine skills gaps and training requirements.
- Analyze employee performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Training Program Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, modules, and materials aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create effective and engaging training content.
- Incorporate various training methods, such as classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, and simulations, based on the training objectives and audience.

Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Deliver training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring the content is understandable and relevant.
- Adapt training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and preferences.

Evaluation and Feedback:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Monitor the impact of training on employee performance and make recommendations for further improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Liaise with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.

Industry Trends and Professional Development:

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in corporate training.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance your own professional development.
- Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role, designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficient in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate diverse learning styles and changing training requirements.
- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) are desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with corporate training topics such as leadership development, communication skills, sales training, customer service, and compliance training is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
