**Job Summary**:As a Marketing and Sales Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing and sales initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist in lead generation activities, and gain exposure to the dynamic world of co-living sales.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling materials.

**Social Media Management**:Contribute to the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
Research and implement social media trends to enhance online presence.

**Lead Generation**:Support lead generation efforts through market research, data collection, and outreach activities.
Assist in the development and execution of strategies to attract potential residents.

**Event Coordination**:Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.
Coordinate logistics and ensure a seamless experience for participants.

**Market Research**:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target audiences.
Compile and analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales team to understand the sales process and contribute to lead conversion efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities.

**Reporting and Analytics**:Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program, such as marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Interest in the real estate or co-living industry is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**:This is a 2-month internship position with the possibility of extension. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
