**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Librarian with a very good knowledge of organizing & cataloguing books.

**Responsibilities**
- Cataloging and classifying library materials (books, journals, digital resources, etc.).
- Maintaining and updating library databases.
- Ordering and acquiring new materials.
- Ensuring materials are accessible and in good condition.
- Helping students/teachers find information and resources.
- Providing reference and research assistance.
- Answering questions and resolving issues.
- Conducting research and evaluating search results.
- Teaching patrons how to use library resources and technology.
- Supervising and training library staff.
- Assigning tasks and setting expectations.
- Evaluating staff performance.
- Budgeting and managing library finances.
- Staying up-to-date with current trends in library science and information technology.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized library environment.

**Required Qualifications Educational**:

- B. Lib / M. Lib

**Work Experience**: Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with a reputed school
