**2. **Role Overview**

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product/project managers, engineers, and developers to understand user needs, design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

**3. Key Responsibilities**
- Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product and project managers and engineers to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices.
- Prototype interactive designs using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design process.

**4. Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹46,500.00 per month
