**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures development teams have required infrastructure, environments and access in place to execute development plans
- Own end to end Bot production support - L1, L2 and L3 activities for bot support including UiPath environments (Prod and Non-Prod), Orchestrator administration, role/user setup, credential maintenance
- Manages infrastructure operations and strategy, monitoring health and status of deployed machines
- Resolves escalation requests regarding Infrastructure/Security by working with respective teams
- DevOps/Bot support related activities including but not limited to bot restarts, health checkups, deployment, monitoring and VDI/license optimization, maintaining UiPath Servers
- DevOps: Help team expedite delivery using agile principles, and enable frequent releases. Help mature DevOps models for function. Example CI/CD pipelines etc.
- Effectively manage VDI and UiPath licenses for UiPath Products.
- Perform UiPath upgrades as necessary
- Extremely good in SQL, PL/SQL to perform database upgrades, truncate logs etc.,
- Ability to work independently with Infrastructure team and architects on infrastructure maintenance
- Triage issues in production and resolve them in a timely manner. Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research and resolution. Conducts root cause analysis; Work collaboratively across business and IT organizations
- Should be able to plan and execute major infrastructure activities, work with major stakeholders such as SRE, support teams.
- Should be ready to work in night shift
- Ensure all bots have support as per the service level agreements
- Ensure all bots have monitoring and exception alerts in place
- Perform bot deployments
- Handling upgrades and installations
- Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, stability, performance and speed of determining root cause;
- Work up to US overlap hours i.e. noon EST/EDT
- Occasional once a month, work on weekends on Infra activities

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science or another IT-related field.
- Nice to have, 1+ years of experience in UiPath/other RPA production support, supporting large RPA environments with at least 50+ bots in UiPath
- Experience working with UiPath support in the installation of UiPath, Upgrading UiPath versions, HAA configuration, troubleshooting environment issues
- Experience establishing support, monitoring processes and best practices
- Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Casual analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions;
- Hands-on experience with Incident and problem management;
- Experience in programming languages PL/SQL, C#, Java
- Scripting experience using Python, PowerShell / batch scripting
- Knowledge with major Operating System such as Windows, UNIX / Linux
- Excellent coding, testing and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
