**Summary**:
The Product Design team at Cosm is looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role you will primarily work on our B2B products and internal tools. We are looking for a designer who showcases great product thinking and sweats over the details. This is a high impact role that allows you to define and shape the user experience across Cosm’s B2B suite of tools. **Responsibilities**:

- Understand Cosm UX efforts including research, IA, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and testing.
- Effectively present and communicate UX decisions to stakeholders and clearly explain how your work enhances the overall product experience.
- Transform product requirements and user research into meticulously crafted designs that elevate product functionality and introduce innovative features.
- Foster close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to constantly enhance the user experience.
- Communicate often with our internal power users to find enhancements, scope out needs, and champion better experiences.
- Utilize research findings to guide design decisions, enhance user empathy, and create a more personalized and effective user experience.
- Engage in and inspire honest and clear communication, promoting a culture of caring, empathy, and respect.

**Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree or any combination of education, training, and experience in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a product designer focusing on UX, preferably building 0 to 1 product.
