We're urgently hiring for Back Office Trainer position in DATAMARK, Mumbai
**Position Overview**:
This position uses basic knowledge of training concepts, policies, practices and procedures and is responsible for training new employees in a classroom-training environment. New Hire training program is part of the onboarding process that offers full exposure to the program, processes, and documentation procedures, as well as exposure to technique, best practices, and culture. Performs a variety of support activities specific to the training function including the development of training materials and delivery of applicable programs. Activities include compiling standardized reports and analyses; providing input to training material development. Provides day-to-day professional and administrative functions in support of training efforts. Works under general supervision. May exercise some judgment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and techniques.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Delivers high-quality training presentations to classes of new and existing employee in a classroom setting
- Well-prepared for class, while presenting information in logical, easily understood sequence
- Uses appropriate methods in training to transfer knowledge
- Ensures training is aligned with operational and employee needs and provides input on proposed changes
- Provides feedback and recommended changes on training modules and materials to management
- Conducts assessments to ensure employee understands the material presented
- Provides management with up-to-date knowledge regarding trainee progress
- Provides input to the development of more standardized/pre-existing training materials (including skills, technical, management and staff development training) offering both presentation and content improvements
- Prepares periodic, standardized reports and analyzes development and training needs
- As part of a team, may review, comment, and provide limited input regarding training methodologies and effective training techniques
- Maintains files of all related training materials and documentation. Updates and administers applicable database and departmental file systems
- Answers general questions and inquiries in support of training efforts
- May provide guidance/oversight to less experienced staff
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
