**Job Overview**:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Grocery Delivery Riders. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers' doorsteps in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up groceries from the assigned store or warehouse.
- Deliver groceries to customers' addresses within a specified time frame.
- Ensure accurate and safe delivery of all products.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Keep track of delivery records and update the status on the delivery app.
- Follow the best routes to ensure fast and efficient deliveries.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Should have a smartphone with GPS and basic app knowledge.
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags up to [insert weight].
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers.
- Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
