**Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Execution**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the PR and media industry.
- Create tailored proposals and pitches to meet client requirements.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide regular training and development to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge of the PR and media space.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and addressing client needs.
**Market Analysis**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights to management about market demands and potential service improvements.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**
- Work closely with the creative, PR, and media teams to align offerings with client expectations.
- Collaborate on client briefs and campaign execution to ensure service delivery meets promised standards.
**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including pipeline tracking and performance metrics, to senior management.
- Set realistic sales goals and forecast future revenue.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a PR or media agency.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of PR, media planning, and communications services.

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Conversion rate of leads to signed contracts.
