Admission Counselor

We are looking for an Education Counselor For Digital Marketing Course with an aggressive and enthusiastic personality to carry out Marketing and Sales activity within India. Be able to understand our products and marketing strategies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle student calls & walk-ins
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Capture student profile.
- Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various career options (local and international) available.
- Student conversion to meet revenue and product targets for the company.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the enrollment system.

**Detailed Job Description**:

- Assisting students to identify their academic values and goals.
- Assisting students in independently monitoring their progress toward achieving their educational and career goals.
- Connecting with the students from the database provided by the company and referring them to the courses provided by us.
- Clarifying pertinent information and discussing the implications for students' academic success.
- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns.
- Clarifying academic policies, program requirements, procedures, and other college information.
- Counseling of all walk-ins and effective follow-up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures.
- Helping students define and develop educational plans, assisting in the selection of appropriate course work and opportunities to achieve students' goals.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

0-5 years of sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
