- Work with Excel sheets to help people find access to essential medical services in their neighborhood.
- Empathetic communication with callers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
- Inbound and outbound calling to answer medical needs of callers and direct them for medical consultation
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients' requests.
- Refer unresolved tickets, medical needs, or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Will be responsible for handling inbound calls from the patients or complainants and directing them towards concerned medical practitioners.
- Applicants must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure to ensure the maximum number of tickets are closed.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to understand the consultation requirement and, based on the same, be able to give recommendations.
- Strong inbound and outbound call handling potential.
- Should have excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
- Should be open-minded and ready to learn.
- Follow-up with callers and the internal team

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
