**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce high-quality, attention-grabbing short videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Work with the creative team to transform raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, and visually appealing content.
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and animations that align with the brand style.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends, sound effects, and editing styles to ensure content stays relevant.
- Optimize videos for mobile-first viewing and different platform requirements.
- Manage multiple editing projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in editing short-form social media videos (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and understanding of social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of trending sounds, memes, and editing formats.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a creative team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to feedback.

**Nice to Have**
- Motion graphics skills in After Effects or similar software.
- Experience in shooting content with smartphones or professional cameras.
- Basic graphic design skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
