Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in

aesthetics, proficiency in graphic design tools, and extensive experience in photography.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to create visually compelling graphics and

imagery that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print

media, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing materials,

advertisements, and website assets.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with the brand identity and effectively

engage the target audience.
- Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and illustrations while maintaining brand

consistency.

Photography:

- Utilize advanced photography techniques to capture high-quality images that meet the

company's standards and objectives.
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including selecting appropriate locations, props, and

models if necessary.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and ensure they align with the

brand aesthetic.
- Manage and organize the company's image library, ensuring easy accessibility and

proper categorization of assets

Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to understand project

requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and

contribute to the development of visual content strategies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of design projects

and photography assignments.

Research and Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic

design and photography.
- Conduct research to gather inspiration, explore new design techniques, and incorporate

innovative ideas into projects.
- Proactively seek feedback and continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in

both graphic design and photography.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse

range of design projects and photography work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant

design software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of photography equipment, techniques, and photo editing software

(e.g., Aftereffects, Premier pro, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects

simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of AI (Generative, Content &Automative)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
