**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Woodworking**: Construct, install, and repair custom furniture, cabinets, shelving, doors, and other interior structures based on project specifications and design plans.
- **Project Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure the timely and accurate completion of each project.
- **Material Selection**: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials for each project, ensuring quality and durability while staying within budget.
- **Measuring and Planning**: Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions, ensuring precision in all work.
- **Installation**: Install and finish wood products on-site, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and finish.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and repair work on existing wood structures, furniture, and fixtures as needed.
- **Safety**: Follow all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all work meets the company’s high-quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably with a focus on interior carpentry (e.g., furniture making, cabinetry, flooring, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery.
- Solid understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
