**Job description-**

**A trusted name in cash and logistics management, is seeking Senior Fleet and Facility Executive.**
- Job Location**:

- Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar**:

- Experience - 2 Yrs
- Annual CTC Budget - Upto 3 LPA.

**Key Responsibilities**:
JD-Operational
- Coordinate with locations to track the performance of vehicles to minimize break-downs for assigned locations.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to maintain assigned company facilities and assets as per instruction checklist; visit the facility if required
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and checklists from internal teams and external vendors with regard to fuel, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), breakdowns, facility maintenance etc.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Finance to manage vendors and track their payments
- Track fuel efficiencies of the vehicles for locations
- Liaise and maintain good working relations with Govt. authorities.
- Prepare and maintain documents related to the vehicles/facilities
- Prepare and consolidate status reports for fleet and facilities for assigned locations and share with management;
- highlight challenges and seek resolution.
- Maintain office stationary**.**
