**Key Responsibilities**:

- **School Leadership**:

- Provide strategic leadership to implement the school’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Ensure that the school delivers high-quality education through effective curriculum planning, teaching methods, and student assessment.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among the staff and students.
- **Academic Oversight**:

- Monitor the academic performance of the school, ensuring students achieve their full potential.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with national educational standards (e.g., CBSE/ICSE/IB).
- Ensure regular assessments of student progress, providing interventions when necessary to support student achievement.
- Promote the use of modern educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
- **Teacher Supervision and Development**:

- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular teacher observations and provide feedback for professional growth and development.
- Foster a positive, professional atmosphere that encourages teachers to excel and improve their teaching practices.
- Ensure that teachers receive ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
