Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations as per the following Global Training Module. LEVEL 1 - Learn the essentials of Marketing & Sales efficiency. LEVEL 2 - Basics of Human Resource Management, training & developing. LEVEL 3 -Managing, Coaching, Monitoring & Motivating a team to maximize business performance. LEVEL 4 Business Administration finances & Operations, Strategize, Plan & Manage Resources & Clients, Run a marketing unit using your business decisions for its growth & profitability.
